GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I took my car in to have 4 tires put on it. Once i returned to pick up my car they had informed me that my valve stem had broken and i had to replace it. Dont do it!!!! Id like to say right off the bat that I'm not someone who complains often. This is the first time Ive decided to post it online to give you an idea of how disappointed I truly am. I took my car to the Bel Air NTB to have the oil changed along with some other minor services, nothing to difficult. Great walk-in service The staff at this store are extremely knowledgeable about car service. They are also extremely friendly and pleasant. I feel they are honest and provide high quality service. The parking is plentiful and the waiting area is clean and has plenty of seating and is separate from the service area. The one downside: they need to get better with estimating time. Stay Away I've had three different cars serviced at NTB in Bel Air, MD multiple times. After three unsatisfactory experiences, I won't be going back. (1) It took 3 hours for an oil change after I had made an appointment and told them I would wait for the car. (2) I saw one of the "mechanics" banging on a wheel with a hammer and cursing in an attempt to remove the wheel from the studs. I have to say NTB - National Tire & Battery in Belair was amazing. Customer service was on point, 4 new tires and a oil change and was out in a hour. Looked like a pit crew working together to get it done. Something you don’t see every day. Scott the service advisor was a pleasure to work with.
they were very helpful with my gf.give her a ride and pick her up till they get the problem resolve .tq guys .
I had an appointment for a tire patching and was quoted about an hour. I came back after a hour and my car was not even in the building. All said and done it told almost 3 hours.
