Learned today from NTB Beloit that evidently one catches pneumonia from checking the air on the tires of cars. In the future you should notify your customers before they purchase tires from you, that if it gets cold out that you all are whimps and won't do your jobs. As I will take my future business to Janesville.
Excellent and fast service. The management is great.
We took a trip from Minneapolis, MN to Chicago to see a concert and had brake troubles on the way there. We called NTB around 11:30AM and they told us they could get us in at 2:30 so we were worried about being late to the concert, but when we got there they inspected the car right away, and we were back on the road by 1:30! Excellent service, very efficient and professional.
This place is a joke. Always lie about time things will get done. They will take jobs they can't do and if they break anything while working on your vehicle they make you pay for it.
