Took my car in which weeks ago to get a estimate on replacing a ball joint and wheel alignment. Took my car in yesterday to have the work completed and dropped the car off went home called them to have the tires rotated they said ok. Paid 297.00 drove off notice the rotation was not done and car was pulling hard to the right. Went back and the manager asked why I'm back. I came here for a second opinion after the Vernon Hills shop refused to acknowledge an obvious shaking problem with brakes I had installed there. (See my review of them on here by looking up the NTB in VH). The NTB in Mundie fixed that problem by turning the rotors, but the problem crept back up after only about six months. This time they said it was a problem with the brake calipers and to come back a few months later (I asked them if they had inspected the rotors and they said they had).
