RecommendedSpent about two hours getting my tire patched but the store manager was super friendly and discounted my repair. Great customer service from whole team starting with Eric, ending with the manager.
Greatest customer service in Auburn! Stayed open late to help out a clueless college student with a flat tire and exhausted every effort till the problem was fixed. Amazing people and amazing company!
Very poor service told my husband and daughter it would be 2.5 hours before they could patch her tire. They asked if they could leave and come back instead of sitting there and the man said yes you could keep your place. They go back after only 2 hrs not the 2.5hr quoted and he said you lost your place because you left so it will be another 2 hours. This is bad current service in my opinion and won’t be returning there ever again.
