Dropped van off here last night for a flat repair. 2:15 today they call and tell me it can't be repaired, need new tire. Said would be ready in 1.5 hours... 5:30... still waiting. I guess my time doesn't matter.
Terrible experience. Made appointment day prior for 4 new tires. Was told they were in stock. Came in 30 minutes early for my appointment. 2.5 hours later, I'm told they were waiting for someone to go get the tires from another store! Never again.
They are terrible! Booked an appointment online with them at 1:00 ... even received a confirmation email from them... only to find out when I get there that they couldn't take me unless I wanted to drop the truck off and leave it all day or sit there all day... "I'm sorry ma'am our website is kind of jacked up"...ya,think? Then maybe you should take it down!
This place is a joke. I will never come here again
