Wife made an appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated for one of our cars this evening and same tomorrow during the day. Even called earlier in the day to ask a question about the appointment. Get there and am told that if we can’t leave the car overnight they can’t do the work. Always a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Charles is very easy and fun to work with to get your car repaired and ready for the road again. Always friendly and courteous.
When you bring your car in with a complaint and ready to spend hundreds but they are actually honest in telling you nothing is wrong with it, you made a customer for life.
I visited the location on Dock Landing Rd in Chesapeake, VA today because I needed air in my tires. I am handicapped and unable to squat down to perform this task. I went in and spoke with Rodney. He advised me there was no charge and he apologized that I even had to come inside. He said “next time, pull to the side and we will take care of you at no charge.” Thank you for taking such good care of me today. PS: my car is a 2020 and I did not buy tires there.
Worst place ever. I have tried to give this place so many tries for the "coupons" and they have terrible customer service. There needs to be a nicer service rep and one that is willing to actually do something!
On our trip from NJ to the Outer Banks we got a flat tire. I called the facility when AAA told me where my car would go. I know it was a Saturday afternoon and worried when I had two coolers of frozen foods. I was told it they were very busy. When I got to Merchant's and said I had called, Barry was very understanding and sympathetic to my problem. Five families were waiting for the food to arrive! Barry got Bob to check out the tire.
