Took my car in for a oil change. They got my car in around 12:10 and didn’t finish till 1:30. Not only did it take long but after I left I went to a drive through across the street where my car started smoking like crazy. I popped the hood and saw a puddle off oil on the top of my motor. Also the protective cover for the spark plugs was broken and missing almost half of it. Went back to the place and the manager looked at me like I was crazy. My wife took her car in for an inspection and tires. The staff was so courteous and professional that this will be our future stop for repairs and service. The associate Cat who worked with wife immediately had my wife feeling comfortable that she was being treated fairly.

Piss poor service!! Had an appointment for an inspection and they couldn’t do it at the time. Gave me some bullshit excuse. A phone call would have been nice to explain they couldn’t do it. Wasted my time going there for nothing.
