Forget this Merchant – Disounted tire prices are offset by high labor costs. Don't complain to manager - or else you will end up paying extra for the things that "break" during the "service". My 50% off tire deal ended up costing 50% more than other dealers with no sale gong on. So be warned - avoid this merchant - or it will cost you.
Avoid At All Costs – These guys not only gave me a false diagnostics but after confronting them about it and getting verbal assurance I would be refunded, the manager dodged me for 5 weeks until I gave up. Apparently $85 is more important to them than a satisfied customer. Do not take your car there.
Good Service – I have had oil changed, bought tires, inspection svc. Never had a problem at this specific location.
No Respect – The service I paid for was complete within 2 hours, however the mechanic abused my car leaving the garage. He spun my tires not once, but twice! I could not believe he abused my car like that. He also did not replace my spare tire correctly. It was thrown in my trunk haphazardly and without care. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO MERCHANTS EVER!! I have told everyone I know to skip Merchants Tire.
