worst place in gulfport to get tires. i paid $800 for a set of tires and the technician didn't recalibrate the tire sensor. so go went back to get it corrected. the manger seemed like he didnt feel like doing and was very rude.
I made an appointment in advance for a simple rotate and balance on my truck and it took over two hours. That is absolutely ridiculous. Let me in the shop and I could do it faster myself.

Well I arranged for tires the day before and sent my kid there with an appointment price was 299 for 4 tires. He shows up and now they are out of stock, and he walks out with a bill for $463! I dont understand how that works. In the business they call that bait and switch, we wont ever recommend this place!!!

I use the store on Highway 49 in Gulfport, MS, and have been for years. I always receive outstanding service there and the staff are very helpful and professional. I always recommend them to friends for tires and service. I really like the on line appointment system.
Called on 5/6, and was told they were open until 7 p.m. I needed to have my tire patched, due to a screw being in it. My husband aired the tire up so that we could make our way to this business (driving 12 miles there). Got there at 6:25 p.m., 35 minutes before they were supposed to close, and was told by REGINA that they would not be able to repair my tire that day. This was well in advance of their closing time.
