We recently had a new cold-climate heat pump installed by and had a great experience from start to finish. Derek our advisor was excellent to work with. He helped us navigate the rebate process, provided a quick and competitive quote, and coordinated the installation seamlessly. The installation and was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He kept the work area clean, took the time to explain how the system worked and helped us set up the new smart thermostat.

These companies contract out their work. Be aware: do not pay until the service is fully completed. Otherwise, you will struggle to get any resolution.

Poor service. Would not recommend. We were booked today August 8,2026 between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. This was to conduct our initial inspection. They did not show up, nor call. At 10pm they texted . No apology. Saying we had an appointment today did we want an appointment tomorrow instead. At 10 pm .

Came to my home and quoted a price of $35000 to replace heat pump, furnace, and water tank. What an absolute joke. Stay away.
