Westminster Recovery gives off that calm structured energy that makes it easier to just breathe Staff stays steady and focused they know what they’re doing and they don’t try to force anything on you It’s more about guiding than pushing and that made a big difference for me. I didn’t feel judged or rushed I just felt seen. This place helped me slow down and finally start to rebuild
