Very pleased with a consultation I had with Dr Singh regarding long term neck pain. He is very personable, and went to great lengths to discuss the possible causes whilst referencing a recent MRI. He also clearly explained possible next steps. I also received a follow up call from the practice a few days later just to check if I had any questions following the consultation.
Unfortunately our experience was not a great one. $300 for a 5 minute consult to say that nothing could be done for our son, at 15, who had a stress fracture in his L5, Apparently once you are over 12 there is nothing that can be done as the bone will not heal. No options provided other than a telehealth consult in a month to see how he is going.
