“Worst experience ever. I placed my contact lens order on May 15 and nobody can give me an update or even tell me the status of my order. Every time I call, no one seems to know anything. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service, especially when patients are depending on their contacts. Communication and organization need major improvement.”
If you plan on getting your prescription filled online, DO NOT seek service here. I had a very frustrating experience with this eye exam service. After completing my exam and receiving my prescription, I requested my PD (pupillary distance), which I had clearly stated from the beginning that I would need. However, they refused to provide it. I’ve been visiting all of the Nova Optical locations for at least 13 years. The medical staff is phenomenal. My issue has been with the eyewear shops. The specialist in the shops use to be A1. Very knowledgeable of frames, brands and sizing. This appears to no longer be the case. The frame shop specialists have incorrectly sized frames for my children for 2 years straight. Last year, unbeknownst to me, my 7 yr old daughter was stuck with adult sized frames due the shop being out of children frames. I was told the frames coul... read more
My first impression was unsettling as there were no appointments available however the schedule coordinator GiGi said ill put you on a wait list. I was hesitant but GiGi called me a week later and there was an cancellation and I was able to be seen by the docto. I write this review in the most humble way. Im very grateful for Dr.Perez and the entire low vision department.
