Very disappointed in our visit today. Had a special spa night planned with my 5 year old little girl. I had called and made an appointment for us. We arrived 10 minutes early to pick out colors. Sat in our chairs without water to soak our feet for over 30minutes. They were very busy, I get that. What I don’t get is that my daughter’s pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes and hardly did a thing because her next client had already walked in. Got a pedicure in chair #2 with my 2 daughters … they both had friendly girls working with them. I had a grumpy man who was slow … and sloppy. He didn’t even come to start my pedicure until 15 minutes after the ladies started on my daughters, then did a terrible job … I had asked to have a repair for a broken fingernail after my pedicure when we scheduled. He directed me to chair #5 after my pedicure and disappeared. After 10+ minutes I went to the front and paid for the pedicure and left. He could speak English but chose to... read more

Elly was absolutely amazing and did such a great job on my daughter’s nails! And the other lady (didn’t get her name) did awesome on waxing her brows! Will be back!
