Great experience. Met you at your car when you arrived. Inside greeted you right away and the guy was amazing.
Appointment set up was confusing. Had to call after the zoom call initial appointment because I was never emailed or given an appointment. Calls are picked up maybe half the time. Parking was a bit confusing as well as there's no clear signage of where to park. Approximate wake up time should be made clear, cups of water should be made clearly available (approx 530am wake up). I just had my first sleep study done, at the Niagara Falls clinic. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep away from home. My technician, Jim, was amazing. Very knowledgable and a great sense of humour. Made me feel at home. I slept well and was surprised when I was awakened and that the study was done. Highly recommended!
