Missed a zoom call, now they won't see me unless I pay $200. I'm sorry, I'm on disability, have 3 children, and no way to pay that much but don't want to die in my sleep. With severe COPD this is definitely a risk. I asked for forgiveness but I guess the doctor is only about the money.
Staff were polite. Everything was clean. The fan helped remove background noise.
We had to come twice for two sleep test and both times we had Katie . It was my teens first time and she was so nervous, but Katie made us feel So comfortable and explained everything. She was sooo friendly and made us feel as comfortable as can be. Thank you Katie for being so friendly and explaining Step by step. We really appreciate you.
