It wasn’t the testing that turned me off of this service, it was getting the results. Lack of communication and access to the office via phone. After testing was done, months later, I received a text saying it was a reminder of my follow up appointment (of which I was never called about to check my availability), so I left a message requesting a reschedule. They were very nice and helpful in getting my cpap machine (via Dr. Jane Yuan), but now they are not responding to my emails—and not responding to the emails from my cpap provider. Perhaps they will respond to Google review? I almost never leave negative reviews.
