They were very nice and helpful in getting my cpap machine (via Dr. Jane Yuan), but now they are not responding to my emails—and not responding to the emails from my cpap provider. Perhaps they will respond to Google review? I almost never leave negative reviews.
Great service and Very knowledgeable
Staff and facilities are wonderful but communication is challenging. Your initial communication to tell you about appointment is email only. I missed the email and received a text shortly before the appointment as a reminder. I ended up having to reschedule the initial appointment. I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for the communication difficulties
