Where do I start? I'm not one to give bad reviews but this one definitely does need one. It involves my family and I will not be silent. The true rating I'd give this is 0 my grandma has been with NSI for years, she's had multiply replacements with people and some have passed away, (RIP) but truely majority of the workers in this company do not what they are suppose to. I’ve been with nsi for almost 20 years, and the staff and nurses are incredibly so kind and do such an excellent job with my son my baby, and have been like my second family and don’t even have the words on how to thank them for how grateful I am
My son has been enrolled in services via NSI for 10 years. We have experienced so much love, compassion, dedication, and empathy from NSI. NSI staff is exceptional and will go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their clients. Coordination of care is top pier. Communication again...top pier. Being with NSI has provided stability for my son in order to reach his goals. Absolutely love this place and would highly suggest to those looking for care for their loved one.
NSI has been providing nursing services for my daughter for just over 8 years now. We have some complex needs and they have always provided great nurses that are trained to care for our girl. We have nurses that have been with us since coming home from the hospital in 2016. The nurses and staff with NSI are so caring and supportive to families needing extra help caring for a loved one.
