I rented an apartment with Pike Properties from December 2018 till May 2019. The apartment was beautiful and in excellent conditions. Furthermore, Pike Properties staff was really helpful throughout the whole stay...even after I left the unit! Since I am overseas now, I was not able to get my security deposit check personally. Giovanni, the manager, helped me to solve this issue in just two days! Excellent service and friendly staff. I absolutely recommend Pike Properties!
