Great atmosphere
I love this gym. Nshape Fitness for Her is a true sanctuary for women. There's no judgement and everyone motivates each other. James the Lion make sure you reach your goals. I actually found a place I can work out and sweat without feeling uncomfortable and no pressure.
Today was my first day and I had a wonderful time! You will SWEAT and feel great!
