So very upset, routinely get my upper lip threaded and the results are always great. Unfortunately this time a day later I started to get a tingle in my lip. I thought it was a zit coming in or something but turns out it was a cold sore… After considering it, I realized that hands were not being cleaned in between customers. Distraught because now this is something I will experience throughout the rest of my life. Kissed my husband and child not even knowing I had an active breakout brewing.
Rude customer service. Wouldn’t go back.
Close and they supposedly open till 6 smh got here at 5pm got out of work early very disappointing!!!
NS Threading is my go-to for perfect brows every time! The staff is super friendly, professional, and they always take their time to make sure my brows look amazing. Clean space, great service – highly recommend
