I’ve been coming to Steph for over 6 years! She has helped me grow and shape my eyebrows and teaches her clients how to care for their eyebrows.
I had been coming here for 3 years now and recently the staff has been rude and not been doing a good job (not taking out all the hair, cuts and bleeding).
really bad service. The eyebrow lady is always very rude and impolite. I have noticed her behavior multiple times. She does not even want to reply back to your hello or hi and does not even have general etiquette of dealing with customers. This was the last time I will go to her, I have been giving her chances from last one year that maybe one day she’ll be better, but every time she gives you cold vibes. Get my eyebrows done here frequently because it’s convenient and the shape is usually ok. Now when I go it’s like I’m being rushed in and out with no care about they come out. What made me decide to give up on this place and post this review was the eyebrow gel. It’s $15 so a bit pricey for a non-brand name but I thought why not support a local business. Usually when i go they do a good job but today the lady that did my brows cut up my skin and did them very aggressively. Left my skin burning
