What I appreciate about Cook Family Dentistry is that the dentist and the assistants tell you what they're going to do before they do it, and then while they're doing it. I know for them, they do these tasks every day, but for me as a customer, I don't necessarily know what's going to happen next, so I really appreciate the attention put into communicating with the client. It calms me down and gives me confidence.

Everyone from the front desk to the treatment chair is so professional, friendly and nice. I just love Penny and how personable, sweet , positive and plain fun she is! She does such a great job with cleaning my teeth! She is top notch! She has become a dear friend and I am blessed to have her in my life.
I lost a filing and called and they worked me in quickly. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Friend and her assistant (DeAnna, I think?) as this was my first experience with either. They got my new filing in and were great! Superb duo. Thanks

I had to wait longer than usual but it was a good visit. Emily is the best. Seldom seen Dr Cook even showed up to check out my teeth. Thank you for all you do.
