A couple of weeks ago, I had a tele-health eye exam. The doctor identified a "possible" problem with AMD and issued a referral to an ophthalmologist that the eye center works with in Roanoke. Instead of travelling to Roanoke, I called NRV Eye Center. The receptionist went above and beyond to get me scheduled for a visit and sent me all the necessary paperwork. Horrible customer service skills, I recommend going elsewhere.
Not a patient but I worked there for about 6 months. On my last day the doctor accused me of stealing $900 from them without proof and when I tried to explain what I knew he wouldn't listen and said what I was telling him wasn't true. He said he would check the cameras but he never did and was incredibly disrespectful throughout the whole process.
