We have waited for over an hour and only to find out our chart had been put behind five ppl that came in after us. I assume it was bc the receptionist was on speaker phone w her sister for over 45 min I have never had an issue here but it seems like that’s very unprofessional and obviously when I politely asked if we were over looked her answer was I did my job and everyone’s paper work was n the correct order 🧐.

Got tested for COVID a week ago and they have yet to call me. I have called twice and all they say is “we’ll call you” and hang up. Kinda hard to believe that they care about all of their patients.
Helpful friendly people. Hate to watch them deal with rude people because they are always so nice.

Fast, they treated my bronchitis with a breathing treatment a shot and called in my meds and I was on my way.

I love this place...!!! I’ve been to the NRMC Walk in Clinic several times, always very professional, courteous, prompt service. Sign-in is very easy. Waiting room time 5 minutes, then vitals are taken. Then put in a room with questions from a nurse that then enters your info into a computer. Within 5 minutes the very knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner is in to see you and go over with you what’s going on. A quick diagnosis, a prescription and you are on your way out.
