I called and made an appointment for PT. I received an email and filled out the pre-appointment paperwork about a week before. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my scheduled appointment, I found out it somehow no longer existed and my therapist was not in the office that day. I had to travel a significant distance and make a big effort to get this location, early in the morning. The front desk staff didn't apologize or admit any error. I have made significant improvements in my recovery as a result of the Physical Therapists I worked with. They are knowledgeable, supportive, empathetic with excellent people skills.

Don and his team at NRH Rockville are the best. I was recovering from thoracic spine and shoulder disfunction and Don took great care of me and helped put me back on the road to recovery. He increased my range of motion in my shoulder, neck and back and taught me ways to strengthen those areas so my body could better recover. I highly recommend choosing this team for your rehabilitation!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this physical therapist. From the very first appointment, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, answer all of my questions, and create a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Especial thanks to Ms. Brittanie Mafra, for her guidance, dedication and knowledge helping me with my meniscus tear.
