I can’t speak highly enough about the NRH Rehabilitation Network at 19th Street. From March to this month, my shoulder has been rehabbed back to health by Tim and the amazing team there (too many names to shoutout, but if you ever worked with me, this includes you!). Everyone is warm, friendly, professional, and makes every patient feel unique and welcomed at the clinic. My visits with Medstar National rehabilitation Center have been a learning experience. I workout everyday but still have problems in certain areas. My challenge for my therapist was to point me in the right direction and correct my form. I finally believe I’m on the right path and with the right therapist.
The therapists are nice but inexperienced. The assessment was extremely superficial and didn’t fully evaluate my issue. They just follow a generic protocol and then charge a huge amount of money that doesn’t reflect the quality of service. My symptoms have worsen after a few sessions.
As an older woman with many orthopedic issues over the years I have gone to Rehab quite often. I came to 19th St about six weeks ago with rotator cuff - wear and tear, the condition caused great pain whenever I moved my left arm. Christian Rinuncini was assigned to me; he gave me a most intense evaluation, also using x-ray information and my input.
