The therapists are nice but inexperienced. The assessment was extremely superficial and didn’t fully evaluate my issue. They just follow a generic protocol and then charge a huge amount of money that doesn’t reflect the quality of service. My symptoms have worsen after a few sessions.
As an older woman with many orthopedic issues over the years I have gone to Rehab quite often. I came to 19th St about six weeks ago with rotator cuff - wear and tear, the condition caused great pain whenever I moved my left arm. Christian Rinuncini was assigned to me; he gave me a most intense evaluation, also using x-ray information and my input. Robin was excellent at figuring out what stretches and strengthening exercises would eliminate my back pain.
Ryan was super helpful and friendly! Made lots of progress on my rotator cuff.
