He took care of replacing a ball joint on my SUV, an oil change, and rear brakes/rotors quickly and for a very reasonable rate! He was quick, thorough, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I discovered this shop via Facebook after I requested a quote for rotors and pads on my 2013 Highlander from a different shop and I got 5 quotes from local shops including NRG. I was impressed with the speedy service after bringing it in when they opened at 8:30 and the new rotors and pads were installed by 11:30. Half the price of my usual dealer service across town. I'd go back for sure.
