A Tale of Two Employees and One Bag of "Trash" ​My recent experience at The NPS store was, in a word, absurd. Employees could really use some training in customer service. Like many other reviews, I also found the employees to be rude and talk down to customers. Ive asked for pricing on items that have had damaged price tags, or none at all. They always confiscate the item and become very beligerant stating that they will not give an instant price or sell. If zero stars were possible, I would give them to this location. This store repeatedly refuses to price check when items are missing pricing information. Each time I’ve asked, I’ve been told no with no attempt to resolve the issue. If there are strict rules or certain timeframes for price checking, they should be posted clearly so customers aren’t misled. Instead, employees take the unpriced item from the customer, set it aside and refuse to sell it. Then customers who drove 30+ minutes are left with nothing but wasted time ... read more

The worst customer service in Utah. employees are very, very rude to customers. I don’t think they’re going to be business in the next five years if they don’t change their customer service.
