Great service! Fast turn around and fair pricing. Very satisfied customer.
Our office has dealt with this company quite a few times and every time they come out they seem to make the problem even worse. The old man that answers the phone is rude and lacks all customer service. One other of their IT guys David is also very rude and uncommunicative. He talks down to you as if you were below him. They also charge up the ass! Our office suspects that they like to replace high end hardware with knock off hard replacements. It would behoove the company to have their employees take customer service 101.
