Noelle is AMAZING. I rented a unit with her for almost a year, and the whole time I knew she was the most caring landlord I have ever had. When the time came for me to move out, she was very gracious and generous. When the time came to pay for some repairs to my unit due to my own admitted lack of cleaning, she let me pay the cleaning over 3 months to not put such a burden on me. I love that.
