Noelle is AMAZING. I rented a unit with her for almost a year, and the whole time I knew she was the most caring landlord I have ever had. When the time came for me to move out, she was very gracious and generous. When the time came to pay for some repairs to my unit due to my own admitted lack of cleaning, she let me pay the cleaning over 3 months to not put such a burden on me. I love that. Noelle has been nothing but awesome to work with. She’s super communicative and easy to reach via text (My preferred method). We’ve had 3-4 different occasions in the past year where something has gone wrong in the house. (Doors not locking, garage disposal breaking, small plumbing issue, washer broke down) All of these have been remedied in about a week after the issue was brought to her attention. Definitely recommend.

I tried contacting Noelle several weeks ago, she has not responded. Maybe she is very busy during this pandemic, but a simple response indicating whether or not she can help would be the professional way to go.
