Customer Service - SUCKS!!! I called placed my order thru the internet and order didn't go thru. They charged my account $27.24 which was refunded. This happened 5 more times with the last time no refund. NPC International INC saying that there was no order placed and they don't what the money went to. Now my account is locked until, because of suspicious activity. This is the worst service of all!!! I have to go into my bank to file fraud charges to get my money back, and no response from NPC, Pizza Hut, or the local Pizza ... read more
The Absolute worst customer service, Charged 2xon my debit card for different amounts. I was told i was out of luck i just had to wait even though the error was there fault. I will never do business with this company again
NPC International, you guys need to give Ms. King in Benefits a HUGE positive review! She was the ONLY person who was willing to do anything she could when your insurance providers wouldn't help me! Way to go Ms. King!!!! The stars are for HER performance!
Worked for Pizza Hut in Caldwell for almost 3 years not once did they even mention raises or bonuses, they had me work off the clock and work while I had pneumonia

They empower me to give people a career which allows them to improve their quality of life. Nothing is more rewarding then watching an employee grow as a person and the pride and confidence they develop over time.
