they lie to their employees. tell them one thing and do another. shift management is part time they expect you to work under different codes less and those codes are less pay.i do t recommend working for this company they lie
NPC shows absolutely no care at all for the well being of their employees. By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. There are some really great people in Kansas (Lawrence) great guy great leader. But your Iowa region and the upper management team is clueless. Most people work to live. This company demands that you live to work for them. 14 hour days. Weeks without a day off. Sorry we have no one to help. Their insurance sucks. They don’t treat employees with respect and they don’t pay squat for hospital bills. They say they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers but that’s a bunch of bull.
Ridiculous joke of a company who has no respect or regards for employees.Sad when someone does put their all and loyalty into a company to have them turn its back on them.
