Came to my mother’s assisted living and told her she was required sign their papers. I have POA. At no time should my mother have been required to sign any paperwork authorizing treatment. I found out from the owner of the facility my mother was not the only resident who was told to do this when their family members handle all paperwork and finances. Bad...very bad.
This company will not prioritize getting things done in an appropriate timeframe, despite the harm it will cause a client, and they treated my brother terribly. Looking through the reviews I see how they respond to any negative review- claiming they don't have that client, claiming the review is fake due to competition, and telling someone to move on with their life? One of the most incompetent and unprofessional institutions that I have ever dealt with
Unprofessional, and treated my disabled family member horribly, I would not recommend ever using these people. They do the bare minimum and are condescending and rude.
