Went in to this office as a walk in because their website says “walk ins welcome”. The lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional telling me they don’t do walk ins, by appointment only. I told the doctor about their website and he didn’t even know it said that on their website. No professionalism at all. I attached the picture where it says walk ins welcome.
