Absolutely the trashiest company to ever manage our apartment complex. It's literally the last company I would ever consider to manage a property.

It's been a rough living condition with physical threats...because children doing whatever..destroying property..running in the drive ways. Hitting cars with balls. I chose to report incidents to manager that why I was targeted. Since Ms Andrea an Ms Nicole and Ms trica has made the apartment more safe...removing those who violations of there lease...there has been an tremendous difference! I believe a $300 fee for a place that I told the apartment manger that I no longer was eligible for because of a raise. Then she withdrew my application saying it didn’t matter.. even though these are income based is crazy. Imagine draining the pockets of people, that are already income based as is. That is insane.
