I cannot rate service because it didn't happen. But I can give 1 star for dependability. We had an appointment this morning for the first service visit/demo. I even received an email 2 days before to confirm. No show. No phone call about possible issue with scheduled appointment, email, nothing. I tried to call and got voicemail. Left a message. No response. We were simply ghosted.
Andrew is super friendly and works hard. He does a very job. Would most certainly recommend him!
