Best sausage shop in all of Michigan! Too bad I live four and a half hours south but this place is one of the places I go to first when visiting Alpena. 5 Stars! I've tried all the flavors, even the Ghost Pepper! However, only one I have yet to try was the Cordon Blue Brat, but in my opinion, the Russian Rueben is my favorite.
Never been anywhere like this. Make your own Brats with many to choose from. Really a unique experience.

All the brats are delicious, the jalapeno pickled salami is fantastic, we just bought 3 jars and drove over 3 hours just to get some and several varieties of brats too!!
