I am WOWed by the poor customer service that I've experienced in recent months. I have called 6 times in order to make an appointment and someone called me last week and offered me an appointment and then while I was writing in on my calendar she said "actually, Brooke wants to give this slot to someone else." I have been coming to Meghan for a few years now and she is an incredible stylist! I keep going back and fourth between growing my hair out and cutting my usual pixie. No matter what, she always makes my hair look fabulous even during the awkward stages. She always listens to what I want and always takes her time. I always leave the salon feeling pretty fancy thanks to Meg!
