Horrible experience. Concetta never got results to me on time, books had errors I felt I was always double checking, always too busy to get to our account, way over-priced, taxes were never done on time always had to file an extension. I showed up to results meetings and they were never ready to present. List goes on and on.
For what we pay, getting a response from management or someone on the team shouldn't be so hard. Absolutely failed to complete the project and ran off with the money. What a shame. I followed up for 6 months to try to resolve and couldn't get a response from anyone.
After being gifted the responsibility of the accounting and bookkeeping at our office, Jackie has been my rock. Having some familiarity with QB, I was introduced to QBO and Jackie has made that transition comfortable for me. She is always a phone call or email away and is very responsive and patient. If you have the chance to work with Jackie, jump on it, you will not be disappointed.
Jackie's been great for us. Very efficient and reliable. She understands our company needs and communicates well.
We've been working on and off with Now CFO for several years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Most recently, Jackie was introduced to our team. She's a quick learner and manages our books, inventory, payroll, bank reconciliation, sales tax, and so much more.
