Novus is a property Manager in San Simeon where I live they are liers and never response emails
We had a horrible experience on a pretty big transaction the realtor was unethical and and withheld crucial information, she then tried to deny it and told me to cancel the contract again without consulting the buyer! She literally walked away with a big commission and did zero! I also made a report with the dept of professional regulation etc!
Have had issues since before we even moved in to the lease; realtor was unhelpful; multiple issues unaddressed, do not answer phone when called to speak to property manager or the head broker; do not return voicemails in prompt manner. issues with online payment system. do not recommend.
