The treatment I received was absolutely top notch. They are an incredible facility with a great staff. They make you feel comfortable. There are no "groups" you have to attend. You are there to physically get better. I never felt as I was being judged. It will be 2 years in August since I was there. These last 2 years have been such a journey and I'm happy it started at Novus. I was very blessed to be able to go there and receive treatment.
The best place to go hands down! I went in skeptical because I tried so many times on my own. Great place, great staff, and good treatment all around. I've been home little less than a month and I'm already back at my Shop running it like I'm 21 again! (I'm 32). Put you on room restriction for supposedly calling someone a "bitch" and won't show proof of it actually happening. Because they watch and listen to everything people say. Not only tell you that you have to stay in your room one day but a second day is added. Maybe they should get it together.
Thankful to have had went to such a caring organized place!
