great staff. very clean, the staff remembers you by name. these qualities make your detox as comfortable when your going through what feels like hell. I have told many people about your location and I'm not sure if they did or didn't come to your facility. any way my husband are trying to work with our insurance. We both need to come back after 3 years.

Nobody wants to admit they have a problem, let alone have to come to a place like this...but Novus is by far the best! ALL of the staff members are the most kind, compassionate, comforting, caring people. It makes all of the difference when one is going through this sort of thing. No disrespect to anyone opinions but if you look at most the neg. Ones it has NOTHING to do with our purpose of even going there!!!!!! I just left today I been to 16 detoxed (in my youth ages) I'm comming off of methAdone... it's not easy but this place by Farrrr n i mean farrrrrr out beat anywhere I been ... I'm a real addict go look me up if u think its b.s. this place will get u threw it!!!!!!!!!
