I was nervous knowing I would be having something done to my eye. Dr. Beyer made me feel at ease & it was done before I even knew it! Healing VERY NICELY & and am very happy!
It was a little shaky at first, but it all came together, & I have no complaints

.When I had a concern post op, I was seen right away. Dr. Stephens has a cell phone to call him directly. He and the other docs are caring. So are the techs. I do recommend him & the clinis.
I have been coming to Novus for years. This was the first time I had such a long wait for Dr. Johnston to come I after being called back. Then, only to have less than 5 minutes of patient/ doctor interaction. Carla, the tech, did a phenomenal job with the prepping! She introduced a kinder, gentler way to introduce the dreaded eyedrops. The eyeglass young lady was very helpful in obtaining my new lenses.
Dr Pirman is great. Staff helped with prior authorization for eye drops.
Very very pleased, everyone was very kind, put me at ease about up comeing xam & surgery, listened to my CONCERNS &feeling about everything,took their time answering questions throughly,glad I came there, looking forward to having procedures done there, VERY comfortable with the doctors.
