I understand anyone can have a bad day - but honestly the lady who addressed me when I walked in couldn’t be any more unfriendly and rude. When turned to leave the look on other customer only validated her condescending tone! I’m sure there are other options for windshield replacements and happy to have the business.

RecommendedMy car was broken into on a late Friday night. We had to wait for Monday morning to roll around to call for prices. Not only was Novus the cheapest price, but they got me in that same day and had my window completely replaced before 5:00. They even cleaned up the glass that was all over the car. They were very prompt and had me in and out. 100% recommend them to anyone for quick service and the best prices around.
Cye is awesome! Windshields nowadays can be complex with more advanced technology and his knowledge is certainly up to date about what it takes to replace such a windshield. And he did a great job.
A true treasure. Just when you think to begrudge this task and your worry comes from past experiences get ready to be ashamed of your thoughts. This husband and wife team never start their day without thinking of yours and simply enjoy meeting people. They love their work and what it means to you.
I had my windshield replaced today & I cannot say enough about these guys. They were super friendly, professional, & just good people. I stayed there the whole install time & never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend them!
Great service! They were able to order my windshield fast and set up an appointment quickly. Greg arrived on time to my house and did the service without me having to drive anywhere! He was very professional and explained everything to me. He cleaned up after himself and my car looked great after he was done. I will be having my other car's windshield replaced with them as well. I recommend them to everyone!
