What is wrong with these WHASN offices, I swear!? As kind as Theresa is, I wish this office was more transparent when you can't handle a situation. I've been calling, trying to get ahold of these people for help for months and it takes forever to get any help. Once I get an appointment, I get to their office and the HRT I'm taking is causing me issues. Once I get there with my concerns, all of a sudden, Theresa isn't available or has an "emergency". I’m very disappointed in the level of service received here. Very long wait times, mistakes made during booking that caused my appointment for a biopsy to have to be rescheduled. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone if you have questions. There’s just no sense of urgency here when you have medical needs that require immediate attention. You’ll be waiting weeks possibly months to get any help. This practice would be okay for routine care but lacks urgency for more complex medical issues.
Theresa put me in more pain than when I came to see her. She has been the worst as is her staff. Came to see her for a check up after an ER visit and she was to do a procedure- she didn’t numb it correctly and the pain made me fall off the table. She put in the Rx late so I didn’t receive any until the next day and I was crying in pain. Scheduled a check in with her bc I was still in pain a week later after the antibiotics were finished. Made the appointment, took off work and drove an hour to be turned away
Cancelled my appointment without my consent or knowledge then wanted to reschedule me for two weeks out.
