I want to warn African Black Americans: about Novum employee workers,when attending medical screenings, bring a doctor's statement to verify your height and weight. Unfortunately, I've experienced racism and dishonesty firsthand, with staff incorrectly recording my height as 4'10" weight was 190 when I'm actually 5 feet. This has happened despite my participation in studies with them since 2025. I’ve been doing studies with them since 2013. There are different employees working there now. Novum was never like that.
It’s VERY obvious Novum does not care about the study participants. They take advantage of vulnerable people who need the money. They do not pay you what you’re worth. Between all the procedures, blood draws and return visits, they should be paying ALOT more but pay you the very minimum and get away with it because they know people need any money they can get. In addition, they do not feed you nutritional food, the staff is always looking for a way to get you in trouble so they can dock your pay. It’s low key like a prison i... read more

I arrived 10 minutes late feeling really unwell, and they refused to see me. The front desk woman spoke rudely, showing no empathy. If they truly care about patients and making money, this isn't the way to treat people."
