I felt a sense of relaxation as soon as I walked in. I was only more impressed as I noticed all of the details. What stuck out the most was the fact that the rooms were pristine clean down to the smallest details, which was a first, truthfully, for me to witness. The decor is well done, and I will certainly be making this my hotel home on my frequent trips to Miami!

The cleanliness in the room was not the best. From the first day of my seven-day stay, I left two used glasses and they stayed there until day seven. On the other hand, the place where it is located is not Brickell as the name says, it is very close but it is not Brickell.

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La nuestra daba a un lateral donde no se escuchaba el tren ni la carretera. Con pequeña nevera, gel,champu, secador, plancha, cafetera.. Los trabajadores de recepción y del buffet fueron muy amables y atentos en todo. Cerca del centro de Brickel, donde se puede ir andando a tiendas, restaurantes.. El desayuno buffet no lo teníamos incluido y cuando nos acercamos vimos que era muy completo: bollería, fruta, embutidos, pan, crepes, te hacen tortillas al gusto.. todo muy rico pero lo que no vimos... read more

Love the location, reasonably priced, customer service is great. Drinks at the bar are overly priced and doesn't taste up to par. The lobby needs a face-lift as far as the furniture goes, the sofas are dirty all over and the rugs are dirty. It doesn't make it welcoming to sit in the lobby when you see the dirty lobby furniture 😕 I plan to come back when im in Miami but hopefully the lobby furniture is cleaned by then. Room was good, except for slow draining sink.
