The restaurant and waitstaff are excellent.
I had the most enjoyable stay over the weekend. The food was fantastic the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Thank-you Pacific bay for a wonderful Weekend
Top spot, GR8 food and excellent service by friendly staff
Have just spent 3 days at Pacific Bay for work and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The resort is beautifully presented and the staff are so accessible, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Rachael, Emily and Steffie in the restaurant and bar, but really everyone is outstanding. Only minor drawback is some rooms are a little dated, by I believe this is currently a work in progress and I look forward to coming back!

We arrived at Pacific Bay resort. This is our second visit to Coffs Harbour. Pacific bay was above our expectations much better than the last place ? Boambee bay. Seventh floor apartment well furnished. Beautiful views from out bedroom to the lagoon and hill. It even has a par three nine hole golf course. It is 5 minutes walk to the public beach. We dined there on the first night. Lovely setting by the lake. My wife's pasta was good. My steak was smoky. I should have returned
