What a beautiful place to unwind
Just checked out never to return! Main issue was no internet reception and the wifi didn’t work. When I called reception the woman who answered proceeded to yell at me that Optus doesn’t work in this resort and that our room had no modem it was in the room next door and the maintenance man was unavailable so how was that her fault?? All I had said was that we couldn’t connect to the wifi! Disgraceful! Lamps beside the lounge didn’t work and shower head was broken. Room didn’t get serviced either. Thank you to everyone involved who gave Toormina High Schools Year 12 an amazing Year 12 Formal! The room was beautiful, the food was so delicious, and all the staff were wonderful. In a year where the kids missed out on so much due to Covid-19, you have them wonderful memories they will treasure forever. Thank you.

Water pressure was terrible, wifi signal and 4g was not any better. A very steep holding deposit of $150 which I didn’t expect upon arriving. couldn’t smoke on the balcony’s. and couldn’t even enjoy a warm spa:( while other hotels have gyms and spas open. Pretty disappointing stay unfortunately.
