Terrible. Went through a year of treatments, bought their products to sterilize shoes, ointments, files, etc. and followed their directions to the tee. Did not work. Last appointment they told me that I should go to their Charlottesville office where that had a more powerful laser, that the Richmond office I had been going to for a year had a low power laser and my big toe was to thick for it to work apparently.
