I absolutely love Dr. Novom and everyone at San Pedro Pediatrics. I've been using their office for my kids for 17 years! They're always very professional, and helpful.
If I could leave negative stars I would. My wife took my 7 yr old and 1 yr old son after my 1 year old had fever and was showing signs of discomfort and my 7 year old woke and was throwing up but no fever. The doctor couldn’t even be bothered to see them. He just had the nurses give me kids a Covid test and automatically just said they were positive without even checking them. I thought long and hard about leaving this review. Too much has transpired to NOT leave an honest review. First off, my interaction with Dr. Novam was a very nasty one. My fiancé is military and at the time of our kid’s first appointment with Dr. Novam, he was away from home. With the added stress of four small kids at home alone, I forgot we’d scheduled an appointment. Never have I EVER had a doctor to call and scald me about missing an appointment. Dr. Novom is the best! He was my doctor as a child and now he’s my daughter’s doctor! His receptionist are rude sometimes but until then he’s great!
