Recently I stayed in the guest suite and I was impressed with the location, pool deck, & cleanliness of the building! A bonus was that I met the Community Manager, Kim & she was super friendly and helpful. Based on my experience I would highly recommend!
Nikki, the leasing agent, was so kind and helpful. She gave us a tour and we loved it. We just need to figure out the logistics and find our perfect fit.
Tiana LeBlanc has been fabulous from the beginning to the end! This was such a big move and she made the process so seamless for me and was super responsive and is just so personable and caring in general. This review is for Nikki in the leasing office. We had narrowed down our search extensively and were choosing between this complex and another. We had a recommendation and had met with her the day prior for the full run down and tour of the business center, so all we needed to see to make our decision were the apartments themselves and the pool area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I was seriously considering living at Novo and toured the building three separate times. After this experience, I am extremely glad I did not sign a lease. The leasing agents are friendly and accommodating when they are trying to get you to sign, but my experience - and what I have heard repeatedly from current residents - is that the attitude changes dramatically once you are actually a resident.
