Been here since February as our out of town spot. So far so good besides multiple false fire alarms. Tim the maintenance guy has been the best. He always comes immediately if any needs and gets everything right!
I cannot comment on what it's like to live at Novo Las Olas because I never moved in. However, I do want to share my experience with the leasing process so others can make an informed decision. I submitted my application on June 13, 2026, paid a $125 application fee and a $750 application deposit, and then waited more than two weeks to receive my lease. Tim Brown on the maintenance teams is superb! He’s always there when we need him, and he does his work with a smile. Not only that, he follows up to make sure everything is good. He’s become a friend to us. He is a high character person who really cares about the residents here.
